William "Bill" Ramsey Noble

William "Bill" Ramsey Noble, 84, passed away March 8, 2022. William was born Dec. 28, 1937 in Chadron, Nebraska. Bill served in the United States Navy for 20 years. When he retired from the Navy he worked for the Klamath County Road Department as a Foreman for 29 years. Bill met his wife Kyoko and they were married in Japan in February 1970. After living in Washington D.C. for two years, they moved to Klamath Falls and raised their children. Survivors include his wife Kyoko Noble of Klamath Falls; children, Peggy (Jeff) Bullock of Klamath Falls, and Ray (Ana) Noble of Salem.; brother Dennis Noble of South Dakota; grandson Nolan Blofsky of Klamath Falls and 5 step-grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his parents. His family will have a private inurnment with honors at Eagle Point National Cemetery on May 27, 2022 at 1:00pm.
