Wayne “Bud” Fragulia, resident of Chiloquin, Oregon, passed away on February 19, 2021. A California Bay Area Native, he was born on July 27, 1934, in San Francisco and was raised in Burlingame. After graduating from San Mateo High in 1952, he served in the U. S. Coast Guard for two years. After his service, he moved to Redwood City and worked 35 years as a carpenter for Arthur Brothers Construction. Following his early retirement at age 55, Bud enjoyed good times with his family and traveled often to Las Vegas and Oregon making many friends along the way. Years later, in 2002, he moved to Oregon where he enjoyed the beautiful views and wildlife from his lake front home. Loved deeply by his family and friends, he will be greatly missed. Bud is survived by his nephew, two nieces, five great nephews and four great nieces. Wayne will be laid to rest at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo, California. No memorial services will be held per his request. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
