Warren "Frisbee" Robbennolt

April 29, 1935 — February 9, 2021

Warren William (Frisbee) Robbennolt passed peacefully on February 9th at the age of 86. He was born as an identical twin in Wagner, South Dakota on April 29, 1935 to Ray Marshall and Leone Hazel Robbennolt. Warren, and his twin brother Wayne grew up poor in cash but rich in adventures. Although they lost their mother at the age of 2, together they would get into all kinds of mischief. Warren and his siblings were passed around the remaining family to be raised and not always with their older sister Connie, but they absolutely adored her. In 1953, Warren joined the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany and became proficient in mechanics and received an honorable discharge At 23 years, Warren met his beautiful bride, Virginia Ann Hogan, (19) and married her on April 3, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Warren and Virginia had a long and faithful marriage. They were blessed with four children, David Ray, Mary Edith, Arlen Gene, and Suzan Raynel. Warren and Virginia made their home in Klamath County Oregon. They lived for some time in Chiloquin and moved to Klamath Falls in 1971. Warren worked for Weyerhaeuser for decades. He repaired diesel trucks and spent years working out at Camp 9 where he was given the nickname, Frisbee. There will never be a man that loves tinkering with a gas or diesel combustion motor more than Warren. He was so animated and always had a sideways grin when he thought up something funny. Warren love his grandchildren and all his nieces and nephews. His supply of popsicle alone would keep them around. Warren was very loved and will be sorely missed by many. Warren leaves behind his wife Virginia of 61 years, his son David, daughter Suzan, grandchildren Kristina and Joshua Bowen, and his great grandchildren Shiloh and Bentley. His sister and brother-in-law Connie and Eldon McBride, and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Leone Robbennolt, his twin brother Wayne Albert, and their children Arlen Gene and Mary Edith. Warren will be laid to rest at a grave side service with full military honors at Eternal Hills Cemetery, 4711 OR-39, Klamath Falls on Thursday, February 18 at 2pm. A small reception to follow at Mias and Pias Pizzeria 3545 Summers Lane. Everyone who knew Warren is welcome to attend.
