Robin Sauer

Robin N. Sauer, Yakama Nation tribal name "Sun-Sun", 58, passed away in Klamath Falls, Ore. on May 18, 2022. He was born June 11, 1963 in Toppenish, Wash. Robin was raised by Martha and Camilo Davila in College Place, Wash. Following graduation from Walla Walla High School in 1981, Robin went to the job corps where he took cooking and cuisine classes. He worked at restaurants in Seattle, Wash. and for El Palacio and The Grissle restaurants in Klamath Falls. He loved to fish in his spare time and was a Cub Scout in his youth. Survivors include his son, Malachi Sauer of Las Vegas; sister, Gail Mosney of Toppenish, Wash., and extended Washington family, Eloise and Jimmy Cummins, Art and Carmen Davila, Irene Davila, Lydia Davila, Rachel and Dan Budd, Cam and Bonnie Davila, Henry and Rose Davila, Lisa Cummins; Robin Flores of Klamath Falls. Robin was preceded in death by his companion, Carleen Matheny.
