Paula J Harris

Paula Jeanne Harris, of Klamath Falls, passed away on October 28, 2023, peacefully in her home with family by her side. She was 70 years old.

Paula was born on May 23, 1953, to Vito & June Pettrota in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She graduated from Klamath Union High School in 1971 and later married the love of her life, Michael Harris in 1977. Together they raised their two children, Jennifer Harris and Joshua Harris. Throughout Paula’s years in Klamath Falls, she worked at JCPenney’s, Emporium and retired from the Klamath County Clerk’s Office in 2022.

Paula was young at heart and was always up for an adventure; camping at Shasta Lake, paddle boarding, soaking up the sun while being chauffeured around on her patio boat, or meeting up with friends for happy hour. She was known for her love of shopping, excellent cooking, flare for fashion and hip taste in music. Paula had a heart of gold; she loved her family and friends dearly and had a way of making each one of them feel special. Her love and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed by all that knew her.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Jennifer, her son Joshua “Josh” (Linda), and her brother Joseph (Debbie); grandchildren Dakota, Chayse (Lindsey), Chloee, Trusten and Jagger; great grandchildren Natalynn, Haidyn, Roman, Nina and Isaiah. Paula was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Michael “Mike” and her parents Vito & June Pettrota.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 11th at 1:00 p.m. at Yesterday's Plaza located at 125 North 9th Street.
