Paul Jacob Nothiger

Paul J. Nothiger, 88, passed away in Klamath Falls on October 18, 2022.

He was born April 7, 1934 in Vernonia, Ore. He grew up in Sweet Home, later moving to Coquille and Klamath Falls. Paul enjoyed camping and traveling, especially trips to Reno. He was always happy to drink a beer with friends or family. Paul was kind and funny and always a favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews. He could fix anything mechanical. Paul was a hard worker and in his younger years there was always a project in the works.

He worked for Weyerhaeuser in the plywood mill and retired from there.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Harold “Hap” Wells of Klamath Falls; son, Lloyd Nothiger and partner Carrie of Klamath Falls; grandchildren Joshua Wells (Kelsey), Misty Frazier (Jim), Ashley Schreiber (Jason), and six great grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Nothiger of Lebanon, Ore. Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Luella Hendrickson. He is also survived by life long friend Jearldean Barger.

Private interment will be at Gilliland Cemetery in Sweet Home, Ore.
