Nicola “Nicky” Ann Biehn, 71, passed away in Klamath Falls, January 7, 2022 at her home. Nicky was born July 26, 1950 in Colville Washington. A very accomplished lady, and an extremely talented artist. She Cut and painted memorial rock slabs for high desert hospice. Her work is also displayed at local shops and museums. Nicky was very active in many affairs, being a longtime member and former secretary of the Rock & Arrowhead club. She was also a regular at the local downtown Farmer’s Market where she sold her beadwork & homegrown plants. Nicky was also a master gardener, and would host occasional plant sales from her greenhouse. Nicky was an avid fan of auto racing. She and her husband Rich sponsored Klamath Falls area drivers: Nick Trenchard, Dan Thomas, Tim Wise, Les Stratton and others. She loved her flower gardens and made her yard into a neighborhood show place. A very curious and inquiring person, she was also a very knowledgeable and self taught birder and geologist. Nicky was a graduate of OSU with a BA in sociology. Nicky is survived by her husband Richard “Rich” Biehn, brother and sister-on law, Marc & Sherri Stong, Grandson, Nick Strong, Step-daughter Tammy Loveless, Niece Shelly (Eric) Jamieson, “Adopted” son Nick (Nicole) Trenchard, special friends: Patti Bennett, Angie Britton, Robin Ferreira, Michelle Greenstreet, Jon & Corey Trenchard. Her cats Arnie and Pandora. She is preceded in death by her sons, William Cook and Marvin Strong. Her former husband Marvin Betsch.
