Michael Thomas Hardman

Michael Thomas Hardman, 68, passed away Feb. 28, 2022 at his home in Klamath Falls surrounded by his family. Michael was born May 24, 1953 in Long Beach, Calif. He served in the US Marine Corps receiving an honorable discharge on Nov. 24, 1971. He married Katrina Yahne in La Harpe, Illinois on Dec. 6, 1997. They lived in Illinois and Florida before moving to Oregon in 2021. Michael enjoyed cowboying, riding his Harley, spending time with his family, going to the ocean, woodworking, upholstering and his daily walks on the nudie beach. He was a former member of the Rip City Riders. Survivors include his wife, Katrina Hardman of Klamath Falls; children, Michelle Allison of Klamath Falls, Daniel Bowman and his wife, Michelle, of Hayfork, Calif., Samantha Pogue and her husband Nick of Arizona; brother, Ray Robbins and his wife, Cindy, of Arizona, sister, Cindy Palmer of La Harpe, Ill., Darlene Robbins of Las Vegas, Nev., father, Harley Palmer, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Robins and twin sister, Dee Robbins and mother, Shirley Palmer. Memorial contributions may be made to the Crater Lake Chapter of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, 515 Klamath Ave., Klamath Falls, OR 97601. A celebration of Michael's life will be held April 23, 2022 at the Klamath Falls VFW. Time to be determined.
