Mandi Cook

Mandi Cook, 37, passed away in Klamath Falls, Ore. on June 26, 2020. Mandi was born December 7, 1982 in Polk County, Florida to James, Jr. and Terri (Lewis) Snow. Mandi married Jason Cook on March 7, 2003 in Pigeon Fords, Tennessee. She attended nursing school in Asheville, NC - she graduated and began working as a registered nurse. They moved to Klamath Falls, Ore. in 2015 where Mandi worked as an RN in the Family Birthing Center at Sky Lakes Medical Center until her death. Survivors include her husband, Jason Cook, of Klamath Falls, children, Lysetta Jaylen Cook (19), Karah Jasman Cook (14, Kainan Jase Cook (13), Jax Taven Cook (9), Jason James Cook (7), Malina Jade Cook (3), brother, Craig Lewis of North Carolina, mother, Terri Snow of North Carolina, father, James Snow, Jr. of California.
