It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Herbert Floyd Brady, ( Floyd ) who went to his reward in heaven on February 18, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on December 2, 1932, Floyd was a beloved father, grandfather, brother in Christ, and a cherished friend to many. Throughout his life, he displayed a warmth, kindness and sense of humor that touched everyone he met leaving an indelible mark on their hearts. He was a hard working christian man of great integrity. He loved fishing, gold mining and spending time in the mountains.
Floyd was preceded in death by his bride Dorris Oneta Brady, his father and mother, Charlie and Hallie Brady and his younger sister Susan Wooten, of Sand Springs Okla.
He leaves behind two sons, Don and Jimmy Brady of Chiloquin Oregon, 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren who live throughout the United States.
Floyd was a veteran of the US Airforce, of which he was very proud.
Floyd will be remembered for his unwavering dedication and the love he shared, particularly with his son, Don Brady and Judy Trasvina who he shared a home with for over 30 years.
His nurturing spirit, fond laughter and stories of the old days on the farm will be deeply missed. The stories and lessons he imparted to his family and friends will echo in their lives for generations to come.
As we remember this kind and loving man, let us share our stories, laughter, and tears, finding solace in the unity of those who loved him. Farewell, Floyd-your spirit will remain a guiding light in our lives. You will be dearly missed.
