Anthony Clifton Neel

Anthony "Tony" Neel went home to be with his Heavenly Father on May 23, 2022. Tony was born to Arville and Pamela Neel on October 6, 1962 in Swindon, England. Being in a military family, Tony lived in many places, including the Philippines, Alaska, Indiana, Florida and finally Oregon where he lived for many years. He enjoyed Oregon’s beauty and especially time spent at Lake of the Woods. Tony met his wife, Joy in 2013 and they enjoyed eight years of marriage together. They were true life companions that loved to cook and garden together. In addition to being a dedicated and loving husband, Tony also loved spending time with family. He and Joy hosted many family get-togethers both in their home and at the lake. Tony held a strong faith in God, and time spent with his church family was also important to him. Tony joins his mom and dad in Heaven. He is survived by his wife Joy and stepson Chance; sisters Patsey Alexander, Cindy Neel, Kathy Poppe and Melissa Neel; daughter Sandra Lawlor and grandaughter Bella; nieces and nephews Alicia, Nick, Loren, Jasmin, Jordan and Kennedy; and special family members Jojo and Keith Anderson who introduced him and Joy. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and son who lived life to the fullest in spite of his quadriplegia and he will be deeply missed.
