Michael Lynn Hewitt

Michael Lynn Hewitt, 70, passed away at his home in Bly, Ore. on March 30, 2022. Michael was born in Lakeview, Ore. to Walter and Josephine Huitt. Hel grew up and lived in Lakeview and the Klamath Falls area. Michael had a passion for the outdoors and especially loved being at Summit Lake in Nevada. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding horses. Being outdoors was where he loved to be. Michael has four children and many friends and family that he loved dearly. Michael is survived by his son, Michael Huitt Jr.; daughters; Nichole Stevens, Ami Conlon, and Fanny Burdette; brother; Reggi Lee Townsand; sisters; Connie Summers, Robin Burdette, Mary Huitt, and Newts Glinsman, many grandchildren and special friends Mark and Destiny. He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Brown McCloud, father, Walter Huitt, sister, Linda Rommona and brothers, Brand Huitt and Jay Huitt. A celebration of Michael’s life will be at 1:00pm on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the Lakeview Eagles Lodge, 27 S. E St. in Lakeview. Condolences may be expressed online at www.cascadecremations.com.
